Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka's first capital in history.The town in the district's Medawachchiya constituency is where this school is situated.On March 15, 1951, work on a cantilever building weighing 3/1/72 began.initially under the direction of K.D. Alfried.Learning activities are held in one area of this school, which was founded in this manner, where pupils are learning Sinhala.

The temporary structure then became a permanent structure.Following this school led in the direction of advancement.The records show that this school, which served students up to the fifth grade until 1971, later expanded to include students in the ninth grade.The S.B. level was substantially raised in 1978 as a result of the political upheaval of the time and with the help of the parents and the principal.

In 1983, more activities including the student council were added, and the number of perches was increased to 5 acres.

It now functions as a library, office, scientific lab, and computer lab.(The campus is presented in a spectacular fashion, as are the grounds, a room with sporting goods, the teachers' lounge, the principal's hostel, etc. A/Marakala halmillawa vidhyalaya, the school's original name, was changed to A/Al Manar Muslim Vidyalaya in 2017. today, 120 pupils and 17 teachers.There is no question that this school, which has given birth to a number of outstanding masters, will continue to enjoy enormous success.
